Once approved, we move into preparation:

• Confirming material selections and colors
• Handling any permits or compliance paperwork (if required)
• Coordinating schedules to minimize disruption, especially in occupied spaces

We take care to protect your property before any work begins:

• Covering windows, landscaping, and surrounding areas
• Setting up scaffolding or access equipment safely
• Preparing the substrate, whether that’s paper/lath installation, crack repair, or a thorough cleaning for re-stucco projects

Our skilled crews follow industry-best practices for every finish:

• Stucco: Scratch coat → Brown coat → Finish coat
• Interior Plaster: Patching → Skim coat → Smooth or textured finish

Quality checks are performed at each stage to ensure a consistent, long-lasting result.
